What is a cloud billing system?

Do you offer technical support and what are the hours?

Our technical support team is available to help you at any time during our customer service hours. You can contact us via phone, online chat, WhatsApp, Skype and other communication channels.

Does the electronic invoice have an expiration date?

No, the only thing that has an expiration date is your Digital Stamps (CSD) and they must be renewed every 4 years in order to continue issuing CFDI invoices. If you have your FIEL or advanced electronic signature, we can help you download a SAT certificate, either to continue with your billing or to issue an invoice for the first time.

What do I need to hire the service?

  • Be registered with the SAT, as a legal entity or individual
  • Have an RFC Registration Card
  • Have your e.signature
  • Digital Seal Certificate (CSD)
